Wild Jorvik Horses

So, today, we found out there was a new horse. I didn't have enough (Because I'm broke XD), but my friend Gwendolyn did. She bought a purple one, named it Spotlightwish, and nicknamed her Eva the Spy.

We met up outside of Jarl's Tomb and I took some photos and she posed :)

In this one, Eva's just looking at the camera like she thinking "Oh really".

THEEEEEENNNNNN, we went to South Hoof, but Gwendolyn was late. Leti the Yeti was there, though. We took a photo while we waited.

While you wait for me to find some more photos, here is a photo of Eva without her cool colours.

Heeeere we go. Eva, Blechy, and the Drag Racer in this photo are being awesome.

So all of us reared at the ancient tree and we enjoyed ourselves. It was fun.

So, in this photo we were all headed to the hermit. Notice the leopard spots on Eva.

Now, we're planning on doing evil things to the hermit's place. Heh heh heh >:D

While Gwendolyn and Scarlett were running the tracks, I found the perfect thing for us to cause mayhem to. The CARROTS!!

Here, our horses are causing some mayhem :)

See you later!

Jumping with a Friend

Hey, everyone! I just met up with a friend at the ridehouse and we jumped a bit and I took some photos (with her permission of course). Please welcome our wonderful friends, SCARLETT EVENINGBLANKET AND MIDNIGHTMAGIC!!!!!

So, we're part of a riding club which is her, me, and one other. We met up at the riding hall because Oldy wanted to jump and she is really good at jumping. Also, I call her Leti the Yeti and she likes it XD

We jumped together and as you can see, she's faster than me XD

Sooooo, she did a jump course while she was there and I went over to that view-y thing in the corner and took her photo because she's an amazing jumper.

In this photo she was also doing a jump course, I jumped the jump in the opposite direction in a move I call "Mirror Image".

I jumped alone after she began another course so that I wouldn't break her concentration.

I jumped alone again and she photobombed XD  She still was doing lovely.

We did another Mirror Image once she finished her course because she liked that move.

We said goodbye after that and I went back to Firgrove.

See you next time!

Hobbit Races the Clock

So, today, I brought Hobbit out and ran around a track. I took a billion photos cause it was fun :D

This is me leading Hobbit to her favourite track. She was very eager to get started, that's for sure. She was trying to stay where she was when walking, but her head ended up rested on my shoulder XD

Hobbit jumped cement and enjoyed every second of it. I didn't know she was going to because she makes weird sudden movements and surprises me everytime XD

After jumping, she thundered around the track like an insane, bolting horse. I was trying to steer, but she seemed to have it figured out :)

Here, Hobbit decided to to leap over a fallen log. I wasn't surprised this time!  >:D

After jumping the log, she galloped quite elegantly because she wanted to look prettier than Ray Ray. That might actually be true... Don't tell Ravenshadow I said that ;)

Right here, we have Hobbit finishing her race. We both enjoyed it majorly even though I got a bit startled ;)

See you next time!

Middy's Morning Ride

This morning, I rode Middy out side in Firgrove. I took a trillion photos because I wanted to and they would be great to put up here.

Just a warning, most of these are probably jumping photos :)

Here, we were just getting out of the village and entering the trail. I took the photo as she just got to the light. Pretty cool, huh?

Later on the trail, we found that wall Ray Ray jumped the previous day and we galloped to it and then jumped.

We galloped to the path to Silverglade Mines then slowed to a canter because it rained in Firgrove last night it was still a bit slippery.

We then got off the trail into some mud and we slowed down to a trot. Her leg wraps got a bit muddy, but it wasn't very noticable because her leg wraps are brown anyway :)

After trotting along for some time we found a meadow. We cantered to it and then, once we got into the grass, we charged! It was quite a lot of fun :D

We then found a fence up ahead and jumped it. After we jumped, we entered the Fire Trail. The Fire Trail had such a view.

After we entered the Fire Trail, we were thinking of heading back. Middy and I were both too tired to run back so I called for a pick up and a trailer drove us back to Firgrove.

Bye!

Ravenshadow's Wilderness Ride

Hey, Astrid here, a few moments ago Ravenshadow and I took a small bonding ride. I took some photos if you'd like to see.

Right here we were cantering along the trail. She was relaxed, but I knew she was excited on the inside.

We decided to leave the Firgrove trail and enter a meadow a little to the left of us. We galloped across it. I enjoyed having the wind blowing in my face.

Now, here I saw the most amazing view in these fields. There were a few trees to the right and there was a Fort Pinta wilderness view in front of us.

We turned around and headed back to the trail and we decided to enjoy and slow trot. When we got to the grass Ravenshadow was a bit tired from running so I dismounted and she ate some grass before continuing.

Just as we were cantering to the trail, I found a fence and we started a course to the fence and she jumped it. It went smoothly and it felt as if we were flying for a few seconds.

We headed back to the stable.

Bye!

Rules and a Blechtacular Adventure

Okay, now we have to come down to the boring business of rules. It's not that boring, trust me.

  1. Don't copy my work and say it's yours.
  2. Please do not claim ownership of Star Stable Online. It is not mine and certainly not yours.
  3. Do not harass me to do things you want me to do.
  4. Do not be rude to me or other people.
If there's a rule you think should be added, please comment it.

Now, to the Blechtacular Adventure.

Blechy and I went for a few fun rides around Moorland this morning.

See? Doesn't we look like we're having fun? Now, in this photo he's wearing leg wraps. We were heading to Mrs. Holdsworth's house and the blossoms :)

This one's him in the falling petals. I bet he still has petals in his mane XD  So, he was heading out at this point so he could canter on the road.

Now, here we have him cantering on the road because it's fun. Do you see he's tilted towards the fence? He wants to get in that muddy place behind the fence.

Blechy decided to let loose and run up a hill because he really likes to. He ran up to the top and then went charging down just for the halibut ;)

Once Blechy charged down the hill he came down to the competition area and jumped the fence. It was quite amazing :)

That's all!!!

Welcome to Ravenbrook Stables!

Hi, I am Octavia or in this case, Astrid Lightningnest. Sooo, you can call me Astrid on this blog. If you need to know, I have nine horses :)

Here are a few of them:

Blechy and I enjoying a morning ride.

This is Bravecloud the level fourteen or thirteen Arabian Thoroughbred. My friends and I call him Blechy :)  He is one of my fastest horses at Ravenbrook, breaking all of Midnightspider's records at level one. In this photo he forgot to wear his leg wraps :)

Middy trotting with the welshies.

This is Midnightspider, my level fifteen Jorvik Warmblood. I call her Middy. She enjoys running with the welshies on South Hoof :D  She loves races and being the riding horse for young children, but if she had to choose, she'd be the riding horse for the children.

Ray Ray looking majestic.

This is Ravenshadow the level ten or nine Friesian Horse. She was the inspiration for Ravenbrook Stables :)  We like to call her Ray Ray or Ray Van Shadow. I, sadly, don't ride her often because when I do I basically get a whole heap of people following me O_O

Hobbit galloping through the Baroness' racetrack.

This is Dangereagle the level four or five American Quarter Horse. I came up with her nickname, Hobbit. She is an energetic race horse who is commonly outside in the Baroness' racetrack because she can charge around and jump :)

Moldy Oldy jumping.

This is Ashsoul (We call him Moldy Oldy or just Oldy) the level four or five Oldenburg. He is a beautiful show-jumper and a fantastic race horse, but he says he'll stick to jumping :)

Stinky Chinky trotting in Applegrove.

This is Stormpromise the level fifteen Chincoteague pony, who I call Stinky Chinky because he doesn't like to take baths XD  I take him to Applegrove and toss an apple into the water and he goes chasing after, but then he has to take a bath! He loves food and is a two time gold medal winner.

Nightwarrior on a trail ride.

This is Nightwarrior the level four or five Danish Warmblood. He love trail rides and loves jumping even more! He really likes going for trail rides in Firgrove. He sometimes goes for a canter around the fields of gold :D

Echo enjoying a beach ride.
This is Echoeffect the level one Chincoteague pony. I like to call her Echo because Echoeffect is kind of a mouthful. Echo likes children, trail rides, and water, but she dislikes races. She actually is a good jumper and I hope I can encourage her to try jump courses sometime in the near future.

Moon looking out to the sea.

This is Moonglory the level two or three Jorvik pony that I call Moon. He likes being sinister and evil whenever that's possible. He also likes racing his fellow ponies in the pony race. He loves to eat food his goal is to eat all the different foods in the world.

That was my nine horses! Expect to hear some fun stories of them and their funny adventures!
